Ashley has emerged as a true leader since joining TBCI in 2018. Her 18 years of experience began in New Hampshire mentoring with seasoned experts where she learned the skills of complex food service design. From there, she spent several years with a Boston consulting group honing her abilities at high end, chef driven design concepts like The Woods Jupiter (FL). This led her to seek out new and exciting design challenges; including chains such as Hard Rock Café, Brooklyn Water Bagel and Burger 21, premier large- scale Resorts such as Mosaic's Streamsong Resort, University Dining Halls including SNHU & UVM, high profile Ski Resorts including Killington Resort, Bretton Woods & Attitash, and breweries like Big Storm & Sabago Brewing Company. Her vast, well-balanced portfolio enables her to tackle any challenge and develop designs from concept through construction. Ashley is now in charge of our design studio, leading our staff in learning new skills and techniques and continually improving our design documentation. Ashley is a client favorite with her positive and bright personality, a quality she brings daily into the studio. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors in her Jeep.
